Cancellation Policy
Up to 48-hours in advance, no charges will apply. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, a $40 fee will be requested. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this policy.
Company Policies
Sick Children
Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations for contagiously sick children. If your child has an illness that is not or no longer contagious please let us know so we can properly inform your assigned babysitter. Our babysitters are not trained in administering medication and there for are not allowed to do so.
Responsibilities
Naples Babysitting Company is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as a sick sitter, sitter leaving the company etc. But will do our best to make the situation right.
Driving
If asked by a family and approved by the babysitter and reservation manager babysitters are allowed to drive children but Naples Babysitting Company does not assume any responsibility for driving related incidents.
Hour Minimum Policy
There is a 3 hour minimum for all reservations taking place in Naples and a 4 hour minimum for reservations taking place on Marco Island. If you do not need your assigned babysitter for the full hourly minimum time you will be requested to pay the total for your hourly rate and your hourly minimum.
