Since 2020 Naples Babysitting Company has been providing a unique and engaging babysitting experience to all of our children and families. During our traditional babysitting experiences all of our babysitters come prepared with age appropriate games, toys and activities to keep kids engaged and having fun! We encourage our babysitters to showcase their own talents and passions through our “extra fun” packages like swim and dance lessons, cooking classes, nature walks and speaking new languages. If your child can dream it our sitters can provide it.
Owner & Founder
Madison Hill, a young entrepreneur, transformed her passion for children and their personal growth into Naples Babysitting Company. After a brief stint in the Collier County school system, Madison realized that her true calling was to engage with children and families on a more personal level. Motivated by the desire to create a community where safety and well-being are paramount, she founded a platform connecting dedicated babysitters with families who share the vision of nurturing children's interests, passions, and inspirations.
A Naples native, Madison Hill has witnessed the captivating transformation of her hometown from a quaint beach town to the vibrant destination it is today. Holding a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Mississippi and a teaching certification for K-6 in Florida, Madison brings over a decade of childcare expertise across all age groups. Her passion for fostering creativity and outdoor activities reflects in her experience crafting lessons, leading cooking classes, and coaching sports teams.
Beyond her professional life, Madison enjoys in scuba diving, yoga, and reading, cherishing moments with her two canine companions, Frank and Aubie, as well as her family and friends. While Madison doesn't have children of her own yet, her nurturing approach treats every child as if they were her own—an ethos that has endeared her to numerous families in the past and one she's eager to bring to your home.
